The fund aims to invest directly or indirectly in the foreign investment fund constituted under the laws of the Cayman Islands called “LarrainVial Asset Management SPC - LV Short Term Private Debt USD SP”, as well as to co-invest with it.

The foreign Fund is a segregated portfolio or sub-fund of the limited liability company incorporated in the Cayman Islands and its main objective is the preservation of capital through direct or indirect investment in invoices and promissory notes, denominated in United States dollars, issued by chilean and foreign companies and whose assignor will be mainly the company Fynpal SpA.
